Let’s Meet!

Hi! My name is Anya. I’m a wedding photographer based in Philadelphia, PA and working all around East Coast (and beyond!).

I was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the US to study when I was 19. This sudden life change evoked a new passion in myself - photography. Starting life from scratch in an unfamiliar place with strangers around you is challenging but very rewarding. It helped me understand the variety of cultural backgrounds and unlocked an unlimited amount of experimental photography, mixing documentary, editorial and fine art styles while always having natural, timeless and honest imagery as a priority.

I was shooting a wide range of things for over 10 years - starting with model tests and ending with commercial. For over 4 years now, I’m also a part of the retouching team at Anthropologie. But now, I’m most passionate about people and their love stories. I can’t wait to hear yours!

Film and Digital photography

For both engagement sessions and wedding days, I shoot with one film photography camera and one digital camera. I love the timeless look of film, with the rich colors, the softer focus, and how artistic it can look. I also love digital for those quick candid moments.

Timeless Editing Style

I’m not really into editing trends, which is why all your photos are edited in a timeless editing style so that they never go out of style.
